Office of Management & Finance

Welcome
The Office of Management and Finance, under the direction of the Undersecretary, serves as the administrative arm to all programs within the Louisiana Economic Development (LED). The provision of services include accounting, strategic and operational planning, budget control, procurement and contract management, information technology, human resource management, grants management and special projects. The Office of Management and Finance is composed of five operating divisions: Human Resources, Fiscal Services, Purchasing, Information Systems and Executive, which includes Policy and Planning.

Vision
The Office of Management and Finance will be a model for continual improvement in the provision of efficient and professional services to support economic development initiatives.

Mission
To facilitate the success of LED initiatives by providing high quality and innovative administrative services through human resource, planning, information technology, procurement, and fiscal services.
