Technical Assistance to Small Firms is a $9.5 million program designed to help stabilize and grow small businesses and non-profits affected by the 2005 hurricanes. Entrepreneurs and individuals seeking to start a new business are also included in the program. Technical assistance will be provided on topics ranging from business management and business plan preparation to loan preparation, accounting and marketing.
